This Staff Physician (Neurology) position is under Specialty Care Service and may include working at the Dallas VA Medical Center Neurology Clinic, EEG lab, Sleep lab, SCI clinic, etc.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care,
- Preparing treatment plans,
- Diagnosing and treating neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and lumbar puncture,
- Consulting to diagnose and treat patients with movement disorders,
- Consulting on acute inpatient medical/surgical units and operating room suite
- Receiving, reviewing, and acting upon consults and E-consults
- Interpreting EEG/EMG
- Chemodenervation,
- Teaching medical students, residents and movement disorder fellows,
- Clinical research,
- Participating in scientific initiatives, etc.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
